Parents/Guardians and Students,
We are excited to announce that online registration for all athletic activities between Mount Vernon and Plankinton is now available. If your child will be participating in any sport during grades 6–12 for the upcoming school year, you will need to create a Bound account and complete the registration process.
Registration can be completed online or through the Bound mobile app. Please note that physical examinations are required annually and can be uploaded directly from your phone to the Bound platform.
All required consent forms, medical releases, and other participation documents will be completed electronically during the registration process.
When registering your student, please select Mount Vernon as the school, even if your student attends Plankinton.
