Congratulations to the Mt Vernon 2023 Royal Court and this years King Evan Bultsma and Queen Emilee Fox. Members of the royal court are Emilee Fox, Evan Bultsma, Ashlyn Pranger, Zach Baker, Berkeley Engelland, Spencer Frost, Olivia Meier and Trevor Sweet.
Powder Puff Game tonight following Heroes Field Induction (8:30 pm). Free to the public to come watch the senior girls take on the freshman/junior girls.
Coronation tonight will be streamed on Facebook starting at 7:30pm.

1st graders celebrated homecoming by making "Treats for the Titans". We were able to give them a good luck poster and a cookie to wish them luck for Saturday! Go Big Blue!

2nd-grade students had fun planting seeds this week to discover if seeds need sunlight in order to grow. We have been responsible for our plants by watering them every day. Hopefully, we will see results from our experiment soon!

There will be a tailgate supper at Baker Field in Scotland prior to the start of the Scotland/Menno Trappers and MV/P football game on Friday, Sept. 8. Burgers and water will be ready from 6-7 pm in front of the stadium. Free will donation for Trapper Football.
