Congratulations to Penelope and Teagan for being selected as the NHS Youth Leaders for the month of December! Students are selected based on their work ethic in the classroom, willingness to volunteer, and regularly showing kindness/respect to their peers. They were presented certificates by current members of the National Honor Society.
The One Act Community show is tonight! How To Survive Being in a Shakespeare Play- a comedy by Don Zolidis! Looking forward to seeing these young actors put on a great show! The old gym opens at 6:30, with start time for the performance at 7pm.

The first delivery came today for our Farm to School Program! Thank you to Deinert Family Farms for the beef and to Dave and Dawnette Anderson for the monetary donation to help with processing. 3rd grade played minute to win it games for our Christmas party.
It's been a busy couple of days in the lower elementary! Thursday was Grinch day, were we celebrated with Grinch Bingo, a directed drawing of Grinch and a science experiment of making the Grinch's heart grow. Then we had our Grinch Feast, and even a surprise visitor!
Friday was Polar Express day, where we made conductor hats and trains, a train snack, and played with Indi Cars to make a path to the North Pole. We ended with the Polar Express movie.
