The 5th grade partcipated in a readers theater today where they worked on reading with expression and inflection.
Attention Titan VB fans! For the games in Ethan on Tuesday, September 5th, you will not be able to come into town on Highway 42, they are working on the railroad intersection. You will need to come in off Highway 37 and take the oil road 264th Avenue (it is 1 mile north of Highway 42).

The 2nd Grade Class has been studying plants, specifically seeds. We learned about the many different kinds of seeds and how they travel. We created 3 types of our own types of seed models using paper and then allowed them to travel in the wind to see how far they would fly!
The fourth grade class made robot fingers while learning about tendons and muscles.

Reminder -PK-5 Back to School Night is tonight starting at 6 pm in the Tom Young Community Center. This is a good time to put money on your children's lunch accounts - all lunch accounts need to remain in a positive state. There are applications for free/reduced lunches in the office.
Activity passes will also be available to purchase in the office. These need to be a separate check than lunches (or cash).
