The Elementary students had a fun morning with Super Appleman. Super Appleman speaks about eating healthy, making good decisions and being kind to all. The students and teachers had a great time.

The HS basketball games in Gregory tonight have been moved to 2/1/22. The JH basketball games vs WS are postponed, but we do not have a reschedule date yet. We are hopeful things will clear so we can attend the wrestling tourney tomorrow.
Mount Vernon School will be closed today.
Mount Vernon bus will leave Mitchell 4H grounds at 9 am.
Due to inclement weather scheduled for tomorrow. The Mount Vernon School will have a 9:30 am start on Friday.
Wrestling tournament with Sioux Valley, Garretson, Parker and MVPCS. It's at Parker, wrestling starts at 5 p.m. be there to support.
The Junior Class is fundraising for PROM!!!
Everybody needs some meat in their freezer... how about some PORK!!! The Juniors are selling raffle tickets for two half hogs!
One ticket is $10 and three tickets are $25.

Christmas Ornament / Wreath Sale -- December 6 - December 21st. We will be open to the public before and after the High School Christmas Concert on December 13th.

Community BINGO at The Hall in Mount Vernon on 12/12/2021 from 3 pm - 4:45 pm. There will also be a soup and sandwich supper to follow 5 pm - 6:30 pm- free will donation.
Money raised will be used for activities for the kids such as: Christmas/Pizza Party, Princess Ball, Nerf Gun Party, Ice Skating & Spring Carnival.
